Bradley S. Shaffer
Chief Financial Officer
Brad became the Chief Financial Officer at Fairland in 2022. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, and his MBA with an emphasis in accounting from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN. He also passed the CPA exam in 1993 and held his license to practice until 2013, when he left public accounting for the private sector.
Prior to working at Fairland, Brad has over 30 years of experience working in various roles in finance in CPA firms; private business, including agriculture related businesses; and non-profits.
Brad resides in Worthington, and has two grown daughters working in the healthcare field and twin daughters preparing to enter college. He is also a doting grandfather. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with the special lady in his life, his family, golfing, and pheasant hunting. He recently stepped away from coaching high school baseball after many years, but he still enjoys the game.
