Our Staff

 

Fairland Management Company has a staff of ten employees who have been trained to provide quality and specialized service to our clients.

We have two Minnesota licensed real estate brokers and three additional salespersons on staff. These licensed individuals specialize in the sale and management of farm properties. They have over 100 years of combined experience in farming, farm management and farm real estate sales.

Our farm management team of employees are either members of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) or the American Society of Agricultural Consultants. These associations provide continuing educational opportunities to enhance the services that we provide.

We have a farm services support team of five individuals that includes a controller, two accountants and two administrative assistants.
