Cindy is President and General Manager of the company. She has attained the designation of Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers organization. She has been a real estate broker since 1992.
Her current duties include assisting landowners in managing farm properties, selling farm real estate, farm consulting and accounting services. She is in charge of the company’s daily operations which includes staff supervision.
Cindy and her husband Dan reside on a acreage in rural Windom. Her hobbies include reading, golf, cooking, boating and swimming.
